South Park Charters runs guided fishing trips on Eleven Mile Reservoir. This page describes what this website collects, what it does not, and who else is involved. It covers the website only, not what happens once you are on the water with us.

The short version: this site sets no cookies, shows no advertising, and sells nothing to anybody. The only personal information we receive is what you type into the inquiry form and send us.

The inquiry form asks for your name and email address, and optionally your phone number, the trip you are interested in, a preferred date, the size of your party, and a message.

We use it to answer you. That is the whole purpose.

When you submit the form, the details are sent to us as an email and are not stored in a database on this website. We do not add you to a mailing list, and there is no marketing list to add you to.

The email is delivered by Brevo, an email service that handles the sending on our behalf. Your inquiry passes through their systems in order to reach our inbox.

After that it lives in our email, like any message you send a business, and we keep it as long as we need it to serve you and keep our own records.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a bot. It runs when you use the form and replaces the puzzles and traffic-light pictures other sites ask you to solve.

To perform that check, Cloudflare receives your IP address and basic information about your browser. We do not receive or keep your IP address ourselves.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It is a privacy-focused alternative to the usual analytics products: it uses no cookies, it does not fingerprint your device, and it cannot follow you to other websites.

It records the page you viewed, the site that linked you here, your country, your browser and device type, and how quickly pages loaded. This is aggregated, meaning we see totals rather than individuals. We cannot tell who you are from it, and we cannot connect it to your inquiry.

We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or any tracking that follows you across the web.

This site does not set cookies, which is why you have not been asked to accept any. Nothing is stored in your browser to remember you between visits.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the requests your browser makes, including your IP address, in order to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks and abuse.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. Ever.

The services named above handle data on our behalf so the site can work: Brevo for email, and Cloudflare for hosting, spam checking and analytics.

Our fishing trips are run in affiliation with 5280 Angler, and inquiries reach a shared inbox as a result. Some trips are guided by a partner guide, and if you book one we pass on what that guide needs in order to take you out.

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Children are very welcome on the boat and on the ice; it is the website we mean.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Because we only hold what you sent us, that is usually a short conversation.

You can browse this entire site without giving us anything at all. The form is the only place we ask.
